    Dear ZShare Support Team,

    I hope you are doing well.

    I recently purchased the annual plan for ZShare Brazil, but I have not yet received my activation code. Additionally, when I log in with my email, my purchase order does not appear.

    Here are the details of my purchase:

    Order Number: #13222
    Date of Purchase: February 14, 2025
    Time of Purchase: 2:43 PM (BRT)
    Payment Method: PIX (digital bank transfer)
    Could you please check the status of my order and send me the activation code?
